This policy applies to data processed through our Services used by our B2B customers. We act primarily as a data processor for our customers, who remain the data controllers of the information collected through our SDK.
2. Data We Process
Session Data: Screens, interactions, and events recorded through our SDK to generate product usage insights.
Technical Data: Device type, browser version, IP address (anonymized), timestamps, and performance logs.
Account Data: Contact details of authorized users from customer organizations (e.g., name, work email).
We do not collect personally identifiable information from end-users unless provided by our customers as part of their use of the Services.
3. How We Use Data
To provide and improve our Services.

To ensure platform security and prevent misuse.

4. Data Storage and Security
Data is securely hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) within data centers located in jurisdictions that ensure adequate protection under applicable data protection laws. We use encryption in transit and at rest.

We retain Customer Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Upon account termination, Customer Data is deleted within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with:
Service Providers: For infrastructure, analytics, and support (under strict confidentiality).
Legal Authorities: When required by law or valid legal request.
7. International Transfers
If data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms are in place.

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that any data collected through our SDK complies with applicable privacy laws, including obtaining user consent where necessary.
