Co-founder & CEO

Ramnath brings deep product leadership and firsthand experience solving the trial conversion challenge. As Head of Product at SpotDraft, he lived through the pain of watching qualified trials fail to convert despite significant CAC investments. Before SpotDraft, he founded Glynk and spent over 8 years building the company from the ground up. His engineering background includes time at Akamai, giving him a unique blend of product vision and technical depth. Ramnath built SuperhawkAI to solve the exact problem he faced as a product leader - turning the collaboration tax between Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering into a competitive advantage.

Rishabh Sagar (Linkedin)

Co-founder & CTO

Rishabh is a serial builder who has shipped AI products at scale. As a Founding Engineer at DocSum (YC '23), he built core infrastructure for AI-powered workflows. He previously founded Beatbox, which reached over 2 million downloads, demonstrating his ability to build products users love. Rishabh spent 8+ years at both Glynk and SpotDraft alongside Ramnath, where they developed a deep working relationship and shared understanding of B2B SaaS challenges. He's also contributed to products at SciSpace, bringing extensive experience in taking AI from concept to production.

Ashu Gowda (Linkedin)

Founding Data Scientist

Ashu brings world-class machine learning expertise from leading tech companies. As a Senior Data Scientist at Wealthfront, SmartNews, and Realtor.com, he's built behavioral models at massive scale. He was also a Founding AI Engineer at BabbageInsight and founded Snacc.fit, giving him both startup grit and big-company rigor. Ashu's deep ML background is critical to Superhawk's Behavioral Revenue Graph—the proprietary layer that learns from every customer interaction to predict outcomes and recommend actions with increasing precision.

Founding Engineer

Nandish is a 2025 graduate from PESIT who brings exceptional early-stage engineering talent to Superhawk. As an early employee at both Superkalam (YC '23) and BabbageInsight, he's proven his ability to build fast and ship in high-velocity startup environments. His experience at two YC-backed companies gives him the muscle memory for rapid iteration and the technical chops to build production-grade AI systems. Nandish is instrumental in scaling Superhawk's agent network and ensuring the platform can handle real-time behavioral intelligence across thousands of users and sessions.
